N-able is not the only MSP platform provider to offer MDR services to MSP partners. ConnectWise and Kaseya also have MDR service offerings, while Syncro considers cybersecurity to be a third pillar for MSPs alongside RMM and PSA.
The launch of N-able MDR comes at a time when the cybersecurity sector faces a significant skills gap and shortage of qualified professionals.
