Palo Alto loses patent suit, identity firms fund, govt hackers

Palo Alto Networks has been ordered by a jury to pay Centripetal Networks $151.5m in a patent lawsuit. Palo Alto Networks plans to seek relief from the court over the decision. Meanwhile, identity solutions firm Incognia has raised $31m in Series B funding to aid its global expansion. The firm develops technology that can help prevent account takeover and fake account creation. Identity management solutions firm Oasis Security has also secured $40m in funding to help organisations automate the lifecycle of non-human identities.
