Bureau van Dijk, a leading business intelligence firm owned by Moody’s Analytics, maintains country-specific databases focused on sales, marketing, and customer support, with a primary focus on the US consumer database. The stolen data included sensitive information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, and addresses, totaling approximately 11.7 million lines. The threat actor, USDoD, shared the stolen databases freely, with previous attacks on Thales and Airbus. Despite reaching out for verification, Bureau van Dijk has not yet released a statement regarding the cyberattack.
