Rubrik has already launched a ransomware recovery warranty in India and is partnering with a cyber insurance provider. Sinha believes that by 2025, cybercrime will be worth $10 trillion, making it the third-largest economy in the world. Rubrik is in talks with several startups in India and is also reportedly planning to go public next year through an IPO.
Rubrik aims to expand its India biz with Microsoft’s backing.
