Skyhigh Security is expanding its channel program to allow more partners to offer professional and managed services around its security service edge (SSE) platform. The company, known for its focus on data protection in its SSE platform, has added training and certification for professional services partners and managed service providers (MSPs) to its Altitude Partner Program. The move will enable partners to deliver services such as initial deployment of Skyhigh’s technology and expansion to additional capabilities on the SSE platform. The company will also make API access available to MSPs and offer a choice of consumption models, including pay-as-you-go invoicing.

According to Trevor Taylor, executive director for the commercial cyber division at MSP partner company ECS, Skyhigh’s focus on protecting data through its capabilities such as cloud access security broker is resonating with customers. Taylor stated that MSPs can help customers build programs around issues such as unsanctioned “shadow IT” usage using Skyhigh’s technology, allowing the full potential of the technology to be realised.
